Shyam is doing his post-graduate studies. He is the only male member in an all women's college. As per University rules all women's colleges can admit one male student for post-graduate studies in each subject. That's how Shyam came to be in this college. Not that he did it of his on volition. His scholastic record during undergraduate days was nothing to write home about, consisting as it did of seven police cases and eight suspensions. It took quite a bit of arm twisting by his mother Vanaja, who taught Sociology in the college, and the active connivance of the principal to get him into the college.
Vanaja always thought that it was the company he kept that got her son into all the troubles, and getting him into an all women's college was the surest way of getting rid of such company. But with Shyam's arrival in the college everything on the campus goes for a toss. Anne, Nandana and Susan who had up till them lorded it over their colleagues decided to go one up on Shyam. The interesting things that happen subsequently form the story of Chocolate.
The film is being created by ace director Shafi, whose earlier hits included Thommanum Makkalum and Mayavi, and promises to be a colourful, fun-filled family entertainer full of campus capers. Prithviraj plays the lead role of Shyam. The campus scenes were shot at Sacred Heart College, Thevara. Filming has already been completed and post-production work is going on. The film is expected to be released shortly.

BHOOL BHULAIYAA Preview
From racy America to his hometown in the interiors of India, it was a long journey indeed for Siddharth (Shiney Ahuja). But nothing could match the mind-boggling journey that now lay in front of him. For it was a journey into an astounding maze in which each step meant mystery, discovery, surprise, shock and revelation.
With open arms, his large extended family welcomes the US based Siddharth & his newly wed wife Avni (Vidya Balan) when they come home. But what the family resists is Siddharth's insistence on staying in his royal ancestral mansion during his stay. His uncle Badrinarayan Chaturvedi (Manoj Joshi) particularly has no qualms about voicing his displeasure. For it was that very mansion that held in its realm, a deadly secret that had repeatedly destroyed the family for generations.
The scientifically inclined Siddharth pays no heed and starts staying at the palatial mansion with Avni who is equally modern in her thinking... But soon enough the couple is forced to rethink their decision... Unforeseen happenings, mysterious elements, horrific indications and life threatening incidents swarm their path. Suddenly it becomes a situation that urgently had to be dealt with before it got too late.
Siddharth instinctively finds the solution in his dynamic Doctor friend Aditya (Akshay Kumar). When Dr. Aditya finds his way into the mansion, he is a man on a mission. He just had to find the cause of all the upheaval before the effects caused more harm than could be imagined... Where did the answer lie??? The Scientific world or the Mystical one??? The puzzle had to be solved... It is not long before Dr Aditya discovers that nothing is what it seems and what seems, is not... and that the devastating reality was enough to shatter all truths.
A remake of a national award winning Malayam film 'Manichithra Thazhu', which released in 1993. The screenplay and dialogue of the film is by Neeraj Vora, Cinematography by S. Theeru, music by Pritam.

Dhol Review
Dhol is a real mix up of malayalam movies Chandralegha and Inharihar nagar.Story: Four good for nothing men (Sharman Joshi , Rajpal Yadav, Kunal Khemu and Tusshar Kapoor) realize that the only way to get rich is to marry an "Amir Ghar Ki Ladki". When the rich Om Puri along with his grand-daughter ( Tanushree Dutta) land at a neighbouring bungalow, the four men try their best to make Tanushree fall in love with them. And also try to make the audience laugh.
Armed with a script that is as old as the Harappan Civilization and with actors who are competing for the Worst Actor Award, director Priyadarshan sets off to make the audience laugh. And as expected he fails miserably. Clichéd scenes, garish cinematography, tiring songs and perhaps the most banal screenplay are what you take back after watching Dhol.
You have Rajpal's overacting ( some may find it funny) and Tushaar's no acting. Kunal Khemu along with a wardrobe and look malfunction also suffers from an acting malfunction. Tanushree Dutta and Payal Rohatgi are busy trying to out do one another for the " Worst Actress Award" . Sharman Joshi is the only one who manages to rise slightly from the sinking ship.
If you get an impulse to leave the theatre after the first half, then don't even bother to think twice before doing so. Because if the first half can give you a minor headache, then the second half has material good enough for a migraine. You have a boring flashback, a rather extended typical Priyadarshan climax, a silly ending and a severe headache as the film terminates.
Priyadarshan's Dhol disappoints on all fronts. With Hera Pheri Priyan set an example on how comedy films should be made and now he completes a full circle with Dhol, which shows how comedy films shouldn't be made.
Final Verdict : Dhol is nothing but a waste of time and money. Recommend this one to your enemies. This is the best chance you have at taking revenge
